Accepts returns/exchanges on items in new condition within 5 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with original labels and packaging.

Buyer responsible for fees if items don't meet conditions.

Provide order number and reason for return in your email.

Sizing issues require photos for size measurement.

Order cancellation possible within 24 hours pre-shipping with a 15% fee deduction.

Refunds issued after return inspection within 5-7 business days.
